This year's European Insolvency & Restructuring Congress will once again provide insights on current developments in Brussels which will have an impact on our practice, and a platform for the exchange with experts from other European countries. High-level representatives of the European Commission but also members of the European Parliament will provide information on the state of the restructuring culture in Europe and the harmonization directive.
With exciting speakers from practice, teaching and industry, the following topics are covered:

The event begins with a reception hosted by DAV Belgium on 02.07.2025. The following evening, the social program also serves to provide for the physical well-being, entertainment and, above all, direct and personal exchange with representatives from the European Commission, the Parliament, judges and academics, representatives from banks as well as administrators and consultants.
The event will be held entirely in English and attendance will be on a strictly in-person basis.
